The short version
ExtraTab collects one thing: the email address you give us to join the Series 2 waitlist. Everything you do in the Series 1 web app stays in your own browser.
Your email
When you join the waitlist we store your email, the time you joined and which form you used. We send you a short confirmation right away and one email when Series 2 opens. We use your email only for ExtraTab Series 2 and never sell or share it. Every email has a one-click link to remove yourself, or you can ask us to delete it by writing to info@extratab.com.
Where it is stored
Waitlist emails are kept in a private Google Sheet owned by ExtraTab, and our emails to you are sent through Google (Gmail). This website itself is a set of static files and keeps no database.
The web app
Your Workspaces, layouts and notes are saved in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Sites you open in panes
Each pane loads the site directly from its owner, like a normal tab. Those sites have their own privacy rules. Pane icons for custom links are loaded from Google's public favicon service.
Cookies and analytics
ExtraTab sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to info@extratab.com and we will answer within 30 days.
